The Wisconsin Room has a nostalgic ambiance with antique chandeliers, leaded glass windows and fine furniture. They serve regional dishes from the midwest such as grilled angus fillet of beef and walleye from Lake Superior. There is a live pianist at the bar on Friday and Saturday evenings.
The rustic and charming Blackwolf Run overlooks the Sheboygan River and the Pete Dye-designed golf course. They boast a hearty menu with both traditional and innovative regional fare including dishes such as corn sausage chowder, Alaskan king salmon and honey-glazed smoked pork chops.
